A Stranger on the Beach

Caroline has a stunning new beach house. It's meant to impress the people who attend her expensive parties and it's supposed to be a vacation house for her and the family she thought she'd have. But her husband is lying to her and her life is turned upside down. She turns to the stranger she saw outside her house for comfort and revenge. This fling means nothing to Caroline, but it means everything to Aiden. His obsession with Caroline, her house and her family is disturbing. And when her husband goes missing, she's accused of his murder.

This started off okay, but not long into the book it all began to unravel quickly. The writing was absolutely terrible. It's amateurish - repetitive, hard to follow and the story dragged. The characters weren't that great. The whole thing lacked depth. It was all so awful. I couldn't bring myself to finish this one, and I hate not finishing a book.
