The Angel of Eden

I could tell before I finished the first page that this book was going to be good.

John Madison is an art and antiquities dealer living in New York. He has been hired by a famous magician to find a rare sixteenth century book on angel magic and the former assistant who stole it and disappeared 35 years ago. In order to do this John must travel to Turkey and Iran where he not only discovers the true location of the Garden of Eden but also who he really is.

Great descriptions, interesting facts, short chapters (but lots of them!) The author makes you feel as though you're along for the ride.

I won a copy of this book through Goodreads First Reads.
